It is fantastic venue in a MAGNIFICENT location near the center & pubs, the services it offers are excellent.

Our family room came with with balcony as well as comfortable beds.

The breakfast was very good with cream and fruits, as example, and also the staff were all amazingly kind. The service was welcoming, totally satisfied.

Everything was very good, including knowledgeable staff and amazing location down street to the sea. I greatly enjoyed the room with big balcony, the bed was extra large. Good service was provided. I could park the car nearby. I had an enjoyable stay here and would stay here again.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in Thessaloniki, got two complimentary drinks on arrival. The hotel's location was fantastic with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were generally friendly. Enjoyed the view of the city from my window.

The room was not well-maintained - the bed was uncomfortable and there was no hot water. The heating system was poor, which made it difficult to stay warm during the cold winter nights.

Excellent. I have read some other reviews that were not positive and I really wonder whether these people stayed at the same hotel! My room was just renovated, comfortable, clean, and bright with nice views from the wraparound balcony. It was also a real non-smoking room! Seriously, I don't think anyone ever smoked in it, or on the floor I was on (and I'm very sensitive). The large LCD TV was a nice plus, the heating unit was whisper quiet, and the thick comforter a pleasant touch. Breakfast was rich enough to keep me going until dinner (scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, "tiropita", yogurt and honey, breads and preserves, cheese and cold cuts, etc). Perfect location, near shopping and some cool tavernas and lots of nightlife.
